An Integrative Model of Intercultural Interaction: A Qualitative Analysis Experience

The study of intercultural interaction has recently become one the topical problems social psychology. Considered often in context developing competence, they nevertheless ignore mechanisms that underlie causes effective or ineffective communication. mechanism by which competence contributes to efficiency is described an integrative model interaction, unites a group theories communicativistic and socio-psychological approaches. This substantiates contribution uncertainty anxiety effectiveness communication, been widely studied quantitative studies. aim test idea role situation using qualitative analysis. research was carried out based on theoretical interaction. Using in-depth interview method subsequent phenomenological data analysis, dense description communication obtained from point view each four aspects model: anxiety, uncertainty, identity intergroup anxiety.
